Where is my order?

Track your order

All you need to do is click the tracking link sent via email when you purchased your Hartley Attire item. 

Click the 'Track Order' button to track your parcel.

Please remember that this date is an estimate, so your order may arrive slightly before, on, or slightly after your estimated delivery date. To check the progress of your order, click the link for the tracking reference (sent via email as part of the ordering process). 

I'm still waiting for my order

Has your estimated delivery date elapsed? Please allow a few extra days for your order to be delivered (especially during busy times). Our carriers are always doing their best to get your order to you, so make sure you keep an eye on your tracking link for the latest updates.

Delivery Options

Hartley Attire offer a range of delivery methods which you are able to select during the checkout process. Please note that certain services might be restricted in some areas and deliveries may take longer than expected.

Working day is classified as Monday to Friday, 0900hrs to 1700hrs. Bank Holidays are not considered to be a working day. 

We offer free standard / tracked delivery within France on orders over 200 EUR.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email to let you know it is on the way. Hartley Attire does not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/security checks or adverse weather conditions. There are no refunds on shipping costs unless Hartley Attire is responsible for the error.

International delivery

For detailed information on delivery times and charges please refer to the delivery options available at the checkout. Please note that we might not be able to ship to all overseas territories and we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.

Hartley Attire use trusted and reliable shipping carriers, the options will be shown at checkout, it is for the customer to choose the appropriate carrier depending on the proffered delivery time and cost.

Do I get charged for customs?

Please be advised that for countries outside of the EU (e.g., UK) there may be taxes, fees or other charges that you will be expected to pay. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order, these charges vary from country to country. We do not have any control over these charges and do not hold current duty rates on file.

If these local import and custom charges are refused or not paid by you, then the item could be returned to Hartley Attire or destroyed. If your order is not returned to us in these circumstances, we may not be able to refund you for your order. We would not be able to refund any original postage costs paid and can only refund for the returned products minus any costs incurred in returning them to Hartley Attire.

Packaging

The vast majority of all our packaging is 100% recyclable or/and biodegradable.

Some orders may need additional protection, so plastic bubble wrap may be used, larger items may still be delivered in a recyclable and biodegradable plastic bag. Often the individual products are delivered to us in plastic bags, so these will more than likely arrive inside Hartley Attire packaging.

Open your package carefully; if you need to return an item you can use it again. Please try and reuse your packaging, if not please recycle!

Returns

We are happy to refund your goods on the criteria below; we, unfortunately, do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different size a new order must be placed online.

  1. Once you have received your goods, you must notify us via our contact form to initiate a return within 30 days of receipt.
  2. The goods need to be complete and undamaged with the original packaging.
  3. The details of how to complete your return will be given via email once you have filled out the returns form.

  1. If your item is faulty or damaged, please use our contact form in order to inform us of the situation.

    If your return matches the above criteria, the next step is to use the form on this page to request a paperless return slip and initiate the returns process.
